Updates to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. If we materially alter our policy, we will post such changes on our Site. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it.

Collection of Personal Information

Our site is designed in order for you to visit without identifying yourself or revealing any Personal Information. If you choose to provide us with information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Policy. Though we don’t directly collect information that can identify you personally, it should be noted that when you engage with the Site, we collect information that, alone, or in combination with other information, could be used to identify you, such as log data, cookies, device information, and usage information. We collect Personal Data that visitors to the Site send to us electronically, for example, completing any “free text” boxes in our forms (such as in our “Contact Us” page). While the data we collect depends on the nature of the inquiry, it typically includes name and email address.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

In operating our Site, we may automatically collect information that, alone, cannot be used to identify you (referred to as “non-personal information”). Examples of non-personal information that we may collect include web pages viewed, browser type, usage and similar data. We may also aggregate demographic information collected from our users (such as the number of users in a particular geographic location) in a manner which does not identify an individual. We may use this non-personal information in aggregate form for product and service development, for marketing analysis, and to understand how to improve the quality of our Site. In doing so, we may provide it to third parties.

Use of Cookies

Some pages on the Site may use “cookies”, which are small files that are placed on your hard drive for identification purposes. These files are used for Site registration and customization the next time you visit us. We may use third parties to collect anonymous traffic data on your behalf. Cookies cannot read data off your hard drive. Your web browser may allow you to be notified when you are receiving a cookie, giving you the choice to accept it or not. You can also refuse all cookies by turning them off in your browser, though by doing so you may not be able to access certain information on the Site.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party service to access your account or when you voluntarily share information or content via the Site. We use Personal Information to provide the information and services that you request in the best possible manner. In addition, we may use your Personal Information in aggregate form to help us evaluate and modify our existing services and to help us develop additional services that are likely to be of interest to visitors of our Site. We will use our information to communicate with you about our relationship, and where permitted by law, to send you information about the company, our products and services, and other information we believe you may find of interest.

We will keep your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a legitimate business need for doing so, or as required by law, whichever is the longer.
